Our restaurant and bar 'Swish' has recently reopened after undergoing a
full refurbishment. There could be no better location for Swish Restaurant
and Bar then poolside, offering a relaxed and chilled vibe with a great atmosphere for alfresco dining.

Swish Restaurant and Bar is now open with a new menu; an infusion of traditional and tropical flavours created by Executive Chef Lloyd Johnson.


Included are some examples of this delicious menu to tempt you. 

• Peppered tuna steak with a smoked crocodile salad and tomato,
  lime and chilli chutney
• Confit of duck leg on a salad of witlof and watercress with walnuts, orange segment and served with bruschetta
• Paella of seafood, chicken, chorizo and saffron.

Bar service (Beer, Wine & Soft drinks) 10:00am to 4:00pm

Tapas, Cocktails and full bar service from 4:00pm

Dinner served from 6pm and last orders at 9:00pm.
