Our restaurant and bar 'Swish' has recently undergone a full refurbishment. There could be no better location for Swish Restaurant and Bar then poolside, offering a relaxed and chilled vibe with a great atmosphere for alfresco dining.



Swish Restaurant and Bar is now open with a new menu; an infusion of traditional and tropical flavours created by Executive Chef Lloyd Johnson.


Included are some examples of this delicious menu to tempt you. 

  • Wild Barramundi, pan fried with kipfler potatoes, olives, capers, rocket and lemon butter.
  • Confit of duck leg on a salad of seasonal leaves with walnuts, orange segment and served grilled bread.
  • Paella of local seafood, smoked crocodile, chorizo and saffron.

Swish Restaurant and Bar

 

Breakfast served from 7.30am to 10.00am, 7 days per week.


Tapas, cocktails and full bar service from 4:00pm daily.


Dinner served from 6pm and last orders at 9:00pm, 7 days during the season.

At Rendezvous Reef Resort we love families and encourage you to bring your kids to Swish Restaurant & Bar for dinner.
